REQUESTED BY Don Kidd

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 34 IN CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for the final phase of the replacement and upgrade of the wastewater treatment plant in Cloudcroft in Otero county; and

• to the public education department

four hundred fifty thousand three hundred sixty dollars ($450,360) to replace the roof on the Cloudcroft elementary and middle school in the Cloudcroft municipal school district in Otero county.
