FOR A SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT FACILITY IN VELARDE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to upgrade and construct a substance abuse treatment facility in Velarde in Rio Arriba county.
