FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING DRAINAGE, IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for designing, engineering and constructing road improvements, including drainage, to Rio Vista drive in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
