FOR KENNELS FOR THE ANIMAL CONTROL DIVISION IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($270,000) to plan, design and construct kennels for the animal control division in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
