FOR RESTROOMS FOR THE SPORTS COMPLEX IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to plan, design and construct restrooms for the sports complex in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
