FOR BALLOON FIESTA PARK CONCESSION ROW DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to redesign and construct improvements at concession row, including grading and drainage, electric and water infrastructure, pedestrian improvements and any other associated site improvements, in Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
