FOR PLANNING, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE SAN YSIDRO COMMUNITY CENTER IN SAN YSIDRO IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the San Ysidro community center in San Ysidro in San Miguel county.
