FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred two thousand dollars ($302,000) to design and construct a sewer line to replace septic tanks in Ruidoso in Lincoln county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct a sewer line extension on Grindstone drive and Resort drive in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
