HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1252

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Pauline J. Ponce

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT JOY CENTERS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase recreational equipment for the Joy center in Midway in Chaves county; and

thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) to make improvements to the existing parking lot at the Joy center in Roswell in Chaves county.
