REQUESTED BY Pauline J. Ponce

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY ROSWELL BRANCH IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) to install a security system at the eastern New Mexico university Roswell branch in Chaves county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to refurbish a multimedia sound studio and to purchase multimedia equipment for the eastern New Mexico university Roswell branch in Chaves county.
