FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GOLF COURSE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to design, construct and equip golf course facilities at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
