FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. RECREATION COMPLEX PHASE 2 IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) for phase 2 planning, design and construction of a hockey court and restrooms and purchasing and installing fencing, lighting and a water fountain at the Martin Luther King, Jr. recreational complex in Artesia in Eddy county.
