I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the state agency on aging
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to design and build a senior center activity park at the
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to design and build additional facility space at the
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to purchase a passenger bus for senior programs in the city of

to the department of environment
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for improvements to the Cerrillos water system in

to the department of transportation
three hundred twenty-five thousand
dollars ($325,000) for paving and drainage of county road 42 in
one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
($125,000) to design and build an overlay for a portion of county road 16 in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to design, purchase materials for and pave a section of county road 8 in
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for
reconstruction, including a low-water crossing, to county road 55-A in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for gravel and road reconstruction to county road 18 in
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for
reconstruction, including base course, paving and drainage improvements, to
county road 44A-B in
one hundred fifty thousand dollars
($150,000) for reconstruction, including base course and drainage improvements,
to Cerro del Alamo and Sunset and Sunrise roads in Santa Fe county; and
one hundred seventy-six thousand dollars
($176,000) for paving and drainage on county road 48-A in

to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to acquire land for, plan, design and construct a youth and agriculture
facility to be used for extension services and 4-H club activities in the
southern area of Santa Fe county;
one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)
to purchase medical equipment for women's health services in
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to design, engineer and construct a youth development facility in
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to plan, design and construct a community center in Cerrillos in Santa Fe
county; and
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to design, engineer and construct a coordinated health complex in
