FOR ELECTRONIC MONITORING EQUIPMENT AND A SATELLITE TRACKING DEVICE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PURPOSES FOR THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the second judicial district court

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for electronic monitoring equipment and a satellite tracking device for domestic violence purposes for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county.
