FOR AN ADDITION TO THE SPRING RIVER GOLF COURSE IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct the Nancy Lopez addition to the Spring River golf course in Roswell in Chaves county.
