FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN DEXTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for street improvements for Edwin street adjacent to the Dexter schools early childhood center in Dexter in Chaves county; and

• to the public education department

fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) to construct safety parking and a bus line for the Dexter schools early childhood center in Dexter in Chaves county.
