HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1077

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Pauline J. Ponce

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT JOY CENTERS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase recreational equipment for the Joy center in Lake Arthur in Chaves county;

eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) to purchase furnishings for the new adult daycare wing at the Joy center in Roswell in Chaves county;

twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to replace and purchase meals equipment at the Joy centers in Chaves county; and

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase recreational equipment for the Joy center in Hagerman in Chaves county.
