FOR THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

four million nine hundred thousand dollars ($4,900,000) to design the education building at the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) for the media component of the Roy E. Disney center for the performing arts at the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
