FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HAYES MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

twenty-two thousand eight hundred thirty-one dollars ($22,831) for capital improvements for the library at the Hayes middle school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
