FOR PHASE 2 "SMART" LABORATORY UPGRADES AT THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for phase 2 "smart" laboratory upgrades at the Southwest Secondary learning center in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
