I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the public education department
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)
to purchase and install commercial restaurant equipment for the culinary arts
facility at
two hundred fifty thousand dollars
($250,000) to purchase and install equipment for the auto mechanics facility at
Carlsbad high school in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Eddy county;
and
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to purchase and install equipment for the collision repair facility at
