FOR CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE PARK IN TORTUGAS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for playground preparation and equipment for the park in Tortugas in Dona Ana county.
