FOR A PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING IN MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million eight hundred five thousand seven hundred forty-five dollars ($1,805,745) to plan, design and construct a public safety building in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
