FOR PHASE 1 DEVELOPMENT OF THE MESILLA VALLEY BOSQUE STATE PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the energy, minerals and natural resources department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for planning and land acquisition for phase 1 of the development of the Mesilla Valley Bosque state park in Dona Ana county.
