HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 929

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Anna M. Crook

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CLOVIS-CURRY COUNTY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER AND AT THE CLOVIS INDUSTRIAL PARK IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to acquire, design, renovate, construct and equip the Clovis-Curry county business development center in Curry county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct roads and infrastructure at the Clovis industrial park in Curry county.
