FOR A NEW WATER SYSTEM FOR THE EL BARRANCO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN ABIQUIU IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to upgrade, improve, renovate, purchase and install a new water system for the El Barranco mutual domestic water consumers association in Abiquiu in Rio Arriba county.
