FOR A PLAN FOR HOSPITAL RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE 1 IN THE ARTESIA SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a project on projected market and health care trends to plan hospital renovation and construction phase 1 of the Artesia special hospital district in Eddy county.
