FOR EXPANSION AND REPAIR OF THE TRAIN DEPOT VISITORS CENTER PARKING LOT IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for expansion and repair of the parking lot at the train depot visitors center in Artesia in Eddy county.
