FOR LAND AND A BUILDING FOR THE SANTA FE FARMERS' MARKET IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to acquire land for, design, construct, furnish and equip a building to house the Santa Fe farmers' market in Santa Fe county.
