FOR PURCHASING WATER RIGHTS FOR THE CUATRO VILLAS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

five hundred seventy-eight thousand nine hundred seventy-eight dollars ($578,978) to purchase water rights for the Cuatro Villas mutual domestic water users association in Santa Fe county.
