FOR AN ELECTRONIC MESSAGE BOARD FOR THE NEW MEXICO MINING MUSEUM IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase an electronic message board for the New Mexico mining museum in Grants in Cibola county.
