HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 838

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred ninety-two thousand eight hundred forty-six dollars ($192,846) to construct and equip county road 19 improvements in McKinley county;

thirty-six thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($36,750) for county road 27 improvements and equipment in McKinley county;

forty-seven thousand five hundred seventeen dollars ($47,517) for county road 49 improvements and equipment in McKinley county; and

forty-seven thousand five hundred seventeen dollars ($47,517) to construct and equip county road 61 improvements in McKinley county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for phase 1 of a feasibility study for the Thoreau outdoor recreation complex in McKinley county.
