FOR PURCHASING SOLID WASTE TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT FOR THE NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO REGIONAL SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY SERVING MCKINLEY AND CIBOLA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for purchasing solid waste transportation equipment for the northwest New Mexico regional solid waste authority serving Cibola and McKinley counties.
