FOR THE LOMA COLORADO FIELD PROJECT IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($62,500) for improvements, including grading, irrigation and sodding, for the Loma Colorado field project in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
