FOR AN ELECTRONIC MONITORING SYSTEM AND FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR SCHOOL BUS INSPECTION INFORMATION STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to purchase and develop an electronic monitoring system and to purchase information technology for school bus inspection information statewide.
