FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

four million dollars ($4,000,000) for residence hall repairs and for student center and cafeteria expansion and relocation at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;
