FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

eight hundred forty-six thousand eight hundred dollars ($846,800) for renovation of the administration building at the Luna vocational-technical institute in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;

five hundred sixteen thousand five hundred thirty-six dollars ($516,536) for renovation of the vocational agriculture building at the Luna vocational-technical institute in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for campus-wide improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Luna vocational-technical institute in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

eight million one hundred eighty-three thousand five hundred eighty-seven dollars ($8,183,587) for campus-wide deferred maintenance projects at the Luna vocational-technical institute in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
