46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct a swimming pool in Carrizozo in Lincoln county; and

• to the public education department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to repair and build parking lots in the Carrizozo municipal school district in Lincoln county.
