FOR PURCHASING EQUIPMENT FOR THE FOOTBALL PROGRAM AT THE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for purchasing equipment for the football program at the high school in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
