FOR A PLAYGROUND ON MESCALERO ROAD IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a playground on Mescalero road in Roswell in Chaves county.
