FOR RENOVATION AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE RIO GRANDE THEATER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven hundred five thousand nine hundred fifty-one dollars ($705,951) for renovating and equipping the Rio Grande theater in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
