FOR AN ELECTRONIC MONITORING AND TRACKING DEVICE FOR THE BERNALILLO COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER AND OTHER DETENTION FACILITIES FOR NON-SECURE ALTERNATIVES TO DETENTION FOR JUVENILES STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for an electronic monitoring and tracking device for the Bernalillo county juvenile detention center and other detention facilities statewide for non-secure alternatives to detention for juveniles.
