FOR THE PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMUNITY CENTER IN ABEYTAS IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the plan, design and construction of a community center in Abeytas in Socorro county.
