FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE ROAD DEPARTMENT IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-seven thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($87,750) to purchase a tanker truck for the road department in Socorro county; and

thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) to purchase a hydraulic detachable gooseneck trailer for the road department in Socorro county.
