SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CANONES MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO
ARRIBA COUNTY.
The appropriation
made in Subsection JJJ of Section 9 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to the
department of environment for the purchase of a new water tank and the
installation of new water lines in Canones in Rio Arriba county may also be
expended to design and construct water system improvements for the Canones
mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county. The period of time in which this
appropriation is extended is through fiscal year 2005. Any unexpended balance remaining at the end
of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
