FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER CHARTER SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for an elementary play surface at the Southwest secondary learning center charter school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
