FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS IN WAGON MOUND IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to plan and design improvements for and inspect the water and wastewater systems in Wagon Mound in Mora county.
