FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A RECREATION CENTER IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five million dollars ($5,000,000) for design and construction of a recreation center in Raton in Colfax county.
