REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RUIDOSO BRANCH OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and renovate a commercial building for a "one stop center" at the Ruidoso branch of eastern New Mexico university in Lincoln county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for phase 1 expansion and roof replacement at the Ruidoso branch of eastern New Mexico university in Lincoln county.
