FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LA MANGA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($456,000) for location and development of a reliable water supply for the La Manga mutual domestic water consumers association in San Miguel county.
